STEP 1 Lay the pack flat,with the inner layer facing up.

STEP 2 Spread castor oil evenly in the middle

STEP 3  Wrap pack around the liver area,  on your right side, adjust the elastic band to a comfortable position. 

STEP 4  A hot / cold pack can be added to the pocket for better circulation.  Wear it for 45 minutes to 1 hour or you can sleep with it in during the night.
